About Stage Tucson

Stage Tucson has been successfully staging homes since 2006 in the Tucson area.   Nancy Mahlstede began the company with the devotion and belief that all properties benefit from staging and prided herself in investing equal passion, time and energy in preparing houses in all price ranges to show at their very best!  In 2011, Nancy came together with Jennifer McMenamin to bring Home Staging in the Tucson area to the next level. 

Jennifer, owner of Stage Tucson, is an Interior Designer who specializes in Home Staging.  Jennifer has an extensive background in staging and design, and has been staging homes for over 10 years.  She previously co-owned a staging and design firm in Atlanta, Georgia that successfully staged over 280 homes, before relocating to the Tucson area.

Jennifer attended The Art Institutes, and completed her design degree at The American Institute of Interior Design in Phoenix, Arizona.  She also has a background in real estate marketing, and held her real estate license while in Georgia.

Jennifer believes that unlike traditional decorating, Home Staging is not focused on reflecting the personal style of the homeowner.  In fact, it’s intentionally focused to NOT reflect personal style at all.  Her goal is to create an environment in which potential buyers can visualize their belongings – one in which they can visualize living.
